By creating an account or using Adloryn ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
Adloryn reads your connected store's product catalog and generates advertising creative for review and, upon your approval, publishing to connected advertising accounts (currently Meta, with Amazon Ads and others planned). You retain full control: no ad is published without your explicit approval, and you may disconnect any connected account at any time.
Adloryn is offered on the subscription plans described on our Pricing page. Plan changes, cancellations, and billing details are described in your account settings. [During the current pilot phase, credits are manually allocated and no automatic billing is in effect — update this section once Stripe billing is live.]
You retain all rights to your product data, brand assets, and any advertising creative generated for your account. Adloryn retains rights to the underlying software, models, and generation technology.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google) that have their own terms of service. Your use of those platforms through Adloryn is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated advertising creative may contain errors and should be reviewed before approval. Adloryn does not guarantee any specific advertising performance or return on ad spend.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adloryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including advertising spend resulting from ads you approved.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected advertising platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered account address.
