You can request deletion of your Adloryn account and all associated data at any time.
Email privacy@adloryn.com from your account's registered email address with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can revoke Adloryn's access to a specific connected platform (Shopify, Amazon, or Meta) at any time from your account's Connections settings, without deleting your whole account. This stops Adloryn from reading or writing to that platform going forward.
You can also remove Adloryn's access directly from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Adloryn, and select Remove. This revokes Adloryn's access on Meta's side immediately; contact us separately using the email above to also delete the data we already retain.
